產銷合一，服務至上。
六十年代，全力推廣地方產業文山包種茶，及地方金融，充實農會資金。先則收回分收失地，再則承購分收房屋之另半，逐年新建稻谷倉庫及輾米加工廠，致此業務遽然日增。邁入七十年代，重建辦公廳舍、拓展保險業務、加強農民服務，深得會員信賴地走入八十年代。
隨著年代脈動轉型為以服務至上，舉凡農保、全民健保、老農複利、生產指導、資材供應、資金融通，無微不至。並興建茶葉、茶油加工廠，力求自給自足，且分別於中和市及本鄉交通要點，設置農特產品門市部，從此小麻雀五臟俱全之坪林鄉農會矗立不移。在邁過八十年代的同時，期盼大家在既有基礎上，攜手共創坪林更好的明天。

In the 1960s, we fully promoted the local industry of Wenshan Baozhong tea and local finance, enriching the cooperative's funds. First, we reclaimed lost land from the sharecroppers, then purchased the other half of the sharecroppers' houses, and annually built new rice warehouses and rice milling factories, leading to a rapid increase in business. Entering the 1970s, the reconstruction of office buildings, expansion of insurance services, and enhancement of farmer services won the deep trust of members as they moved into the 1980s.

As the years have progressed, transforming into a service-oriented era, everything from agricultural insurance, national health insurance, old farmer's interest, production guidance, material supply, to financial support has been meticulously covered. Additionally, tea and tea oil processing factories have been established, striving for self-sufficiency. And separately, at the transportation hubs of Zhonghe City and our hometown, we have set up storefronts for agricultural specialty products. From then on, the Pinglin Township Farmers' Association, with its comprehensive offerings, stands firm. As we step into future, we hope everyone can join hands to create an even better tomorrow.
