Sinyi Township is located on both banks of the longest rivers in the province, Zhuoshui River and Chenyou River, with the population being equally composed of Han Chinese and indigenous peoples.

Introduction to the Sinyi Township Farmers' Association Plum Wine Distillery

Our township is located on the Central Mountain Range and the Yushan Mountain Range, and due to the influence of the terrain, there is a significant temperature difference between day and night. In 2002, when the government opened up private brewing, we obtained the first private brewing license. The settlements in Sinyi Township are mostly distributed along the banks of streams, and the Sinyi Township Farmers' Association winery is situated by the Youlan River. Water is the most important source for brewing, and the winery uses natural spring water from the Yushan Mountain range, which is sweet and rich in minerals. The Sinyi Township Farmers' Association Winery aims to be Taiwan's first "storytelling" winery. In addition to inheriting the local traditional brewing techniques and flavors of Sinyi Township, the naming and design of their alcoholic products are centered around the life stories of the mountain residents, integrating local culture. Through deep processing, these agricultural products are elevated to another level.

信義鄉農會梅子酒莊簡介

本鄉地處中央山脈與玉山山脈之上，因地形因素影響，日夜溫差大。於2002年政府開放民間釀酒時，取得第一張民營釀酒執照。信義鄉聚落多分布於溪流兩岸，信義鄉農會酒莊位陳有蘭溪畔，水是釀酒最重要的來源，酒莊所使用釀照用水為玉山山脈天然山泉水，水質甘甜、富含礦物質。信義鄉農會酒莊以台灣第一家[說故事]酒莊為目標，所釀製的酒類產品除了傳承信義鄉在地傳統釀造技術與風味外，命名設計更以山間居民生活故事為主軸，融入在地文化，使農特產品藉由深加工的過程，讓產品昇華至另一高峰。
