• 訂單出貨流程:本店所有商品皆由台北總公司直接出貨,不經任何仲介。 除特殊原因(預購、訂製商品除外),收到訂單後需3-5個工作天備貨(不含假日)。 我們將根據您所訂購商品的庫存情況出貨。 此外,請預估 10-14 個工作天為正常送貨時間。 若訂單中包含預購商品,則整筆訂單將在所有預購商品到貨後出貨。
• 關於預購商品/ 商品效期:訂單於每月 5 日太平洋時間晚上 11:59 之前結算,並於月底開始出貨,因預購商品皆是新鮮製作、效期較短,需要統整商品數量並請供應商備貨,除團購訂單,其餘由官網下單者皆須等待每月5號預購商品結單後才出貨。每種短效期新鮮商品,皆有在商品頁面註明最佳賞味期限,但因空運、轉運等過程,實際收到商品時間與盒上賞味期限將減少七~十天,甚至會超出盒上賞味期限唷!商店內所有商品皆是台灣本土版,故商品效期與台灣同步,因海空運、海關查驗、美國境內物流,或任何相關因素皆會導致商品效期更短,本網站商品效期除預購商品外,其餘商品皆保證您收到時尚有二十一天以上使用效期。
• 關於訂單變更和取消:訂單一旦提交並支付,買家無法取消。 若您需要修改訂單,請重新下單。 台北辦公室同時收到訂單確認,由於整張訂單可能已在準備中,除非因商品缺貨或違反訂單規定而自動取消,否則無法變更。 如果您想取消訂單,請在購買後 3 小時內透過 order.foroma@gmail.com 與我們聯繫。我們將取消您的訂單,並向您發送訂單確認郵件,同時退還您的款項,但需扣除 12% 的交易費。

• 關於配合物流公司: 視商品及配送區域因素,福梅美提供不同配送方式,如 USPS 、Fedex 和 DHL 等物流公司,商品皆已出貨單位配合物流業者為主,述無法挑選特定物流業者。
• 關於出貨後物流狀況/ 包裹遺失問題: 訂單出貨後系統會自動發出「出貨確認信」,並提供「tracking info」給您查詢包裹狀況,請根據您郵件中的「tracking info」監控包裹的動向。包裹一旦離開台灣倉庫與簽約物流公司 USPS/ FedEx/ DHL 的所屬轉運站,福梅美不負責包裹因您個人因素導致配送不成功、無法投遞或因個人信箱不安全等因素造成包裹遺失的任何賠償。若您需要將訂單包裹添加「Signature Required」服務,請於下單後三小時內傳訊息至 email。我們將額外收取費用,並將您的出貨方式添加「需簽名才可投遞」服務。商店所有的商品需要有指定的收貨地址,目前無法送到郵政信箱。
• 關於商品被海關抽查/ 沒收:各國海關對加工等食品的認知差異及抽查機率等不同,在海關抽檢時可能會導致商品遭沒收或銷毀,這些都為不可抗拒之原因,選購商品前請自行確定評估並承擔被扣留沒收之風險,若有沒收或銷毀狀況發生,福梅美不承擔任何費用或賠償。
• 關於消費稅:福梅美公司登記位於台灣台北市、暫時不需要課稅。
• 關於客戶服務/ 產品售後服務:我們的官方客服只會用 email:order.foroma@gmail.com,沒有語音通話。訂單 Email 為系統信箱,時常漏信或不會馬上接收到訊息,因此您回覆 email 我們不會第一時間處理。如有任何產品、訂單或其他問題,麻煩請用 email 和客服詢問,除了回覆您問題,平時不會傳任何商品資訊、廣告或長輩圖給您。
• 關於退換貨:本網站商品皆為最終出售,不接受商品鑑賞期及無故退換貨,請謹慎下單。官網若有商品價格或任何活動價格置錯,福梅美保有訂單取消或出貨取消的所有權利。

Shipping Policy
All orders over $148 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $148 is $28. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam are not available at this time.
Please read the following terms carefully. If you do not agree, please communicate with us before placing your order to avoid cancellations for both parties.
• For the order-shipping process: All products in the store are shipped directly from the Taipei headquarter without going through any intermediaries. Except for special reasons (pre-orders and custom-made items excluded), we will need 3 to 5 working days to prepare the goods after receiving the order (excluding holidays). We will ship the order based on the stock inventory status of the ordered products. In addition, please estimate 10-14 working days as the normal delivery period. If there are pre-ordered items in the order, the entire order will be shipped only after all pre-ordered items are available.
• For pre-order product(s) expiration: The order is settled on the 5th of each month by 11:59pm PT and the shipment starts at the end of the month. Since pre-order items are freshly made and have a shorter shelf life, we need to consolidate the quantities and ask suppliers to prepare stock. Except for group orders, all other orders placed on the official website must wait until the pre-order items are finalized on the 5th of each month before shipping. Each type of short-shelf-life fresh product has its best-before date indicated on the product page. However, due to air transport and transit processes, the actual time you receive the product may be reduced by 7 to 10 days, and it might even exceed the best-before date on the box. All products in the store are local Taiwanese produce, so their expiration dates are in sync with those in Taiwan. Due to factors such as air and sea transportation, customs inspections, domestic logistics within the United States, or any related issues, the expiration dates of the products may be shorter. Except for pre-ordered items, all other products on this website are guaranteed to have an expiration period of at least 21 days upon receipt.
• For order changes and cancellations: Once an order is placed and paid, it can not be cancelled by the purchaser. If you need to modify your order, please place a new order. The Taipei office receives the order confirmation at the same time, and since the complete order may already be in preparation, it cannot be changed unless it is automatically canceled because the product is out of stock or because it violates the order regulations. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at order.foroma@gmail.com within 3 hours of purchase. We will cancel your order on our end and email you an order confirmation along with a refund of your money, less the 12% transaction fee.
If you cannot accept, please do not place an order.
Pre-order products can be ordered by individuals, group buyers, and corporate entities. Prices are quoted separately for each item, and products will be shipped directly from our Taipei office. For more details, please contact our customer service via email: order.foroma@gmail.
• Regarding cooperation with logistics companies: Depending on the product and delivery area, Foroma offers different delivery methods, such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The products are shipped based on the logistics provider chosen by the shipping unit, and it is not possible to select a specific logistics provider.
• For the logistics status after shipment/package loss issues: After the order is shipped, the system will automatically send an "Order Shipment Confirmation" email and provide "tracking info" for you to check the status of the package. Please monitor the package's movement based on the "Tracking Info" in your email. Once the package leaves the Taiwan warehouse and reaches the respective transit station of the contracted logistics companies USPS/FedEx/DHL, Foroma is not responsible for any compensation for packages that are not successfully delivered, cannot be delivered, or are lost due to personal factors such as an unsafe personal email. If you need to add the "Signature Required" service to your order package, please send us a message via email within three hours after placing your order. We will charge an additional fee and add the "Signature Required" service to your shipping method. All products in the store need to have a designated delivery address and cannot be delivered to a PO box at this time.
• For goods being inspected/seized by customs: Overseas customs in various countries have different regulations for processed foods, which may lead to the confiscation or destruction of goods during customs inspections. These are all unpredictable reasons. Please independently assess and bear the risk of confiscation before purchasing products. If confiscation or destruction occurs, Foroma will not bear any costs or compensation.
• Regarding the consumption tax: Foroma is registered in Taipei City, Taiwan, and temporarily does not need to be taxed.
• For customer service/product after-sales service: Our official customer service is only available via email at order.foroma@gmail.com, no voice calls. Order emails are sent from a system mailbox, and they can get lost or are not received immediately. Therefore, we do not handle your email replies right away. If you have any product, order, or other questions, please inquire via email with our customer service. Besides responding to your questions, we will not send you any product information, advertisements, or memes.
• Regarding returns and exchanges: All products on this website are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges without cause. Please place your order with caution. If there are any incorrect product prices or promotional prices on the official website, Foroma reserves the right to cancel orders or shipments.

Although sales are final, we would still like to give customers the best possible shopping experience. Therefore, please carefully inspect your package upon arrival for any errors or damages, and contact us immediately at order.foroma@gmail.com. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
In order to properly evaluate a damage claim, we need evidence of the following:
Damaged item: Take a complete picture of the damaged item. The goods' damage should be visible in the picture.
External packaging: Take a clear picture of the damaged external packaging and the carrier postage label.
Internal packaging: Take a picture of the package's internal packing. The picture needs to display the internal packaging that was utilized to safeguard the contents of the box while it was being transported.
